Every Sunday- 11am - 12pm
Improve flexibility, breathing techniques, core stability and balance. The class will be fairly low intensity (think beginners yoga/tai chi/Pilates with a Kung fu twist) and suitable for all. The main purpose is to provide the flexibility and balance skills of the martial arts for people not interested in actually learning the martial arts parts. It will be particularly useful for dancers, those with physical jobs, sports people interested in other disciplines or anyone who just wants to gain better control of their bodies.
£20 per month or £210 single annual payment
£2.50 per Class (for members)
£5 per Class (for non-members)
